Community forum
To submit a forum post, you verify your email with a one-time code. Your email is visible only to the administrator in the moderation tools and is never included in the public discussion. Approved posts display “Community member” instead of an email address. Keep personal information out of your title and message.
We store your email, post, submission date, and moderation status to operate the forum. Posts remain private until approved. Rejected and removed posts may be retained for moderation; contact admin@joesrealrolls.com to request removal of your forum information.
A secure, essential browser cookie remembers your verified email for up to 30 days. Sign out when using a shared computer. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Expired verification and session records are removed during routine forum activity.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions, and Microsoft Azure processes verification emails and stores forum data. These providers process the information needed to perform those services. Temporary, protected identifiers help limit repeated submissions; the forum does not store raw IP addresses in its comment records. We do not load advertising or website analytics scripts on forum or moderation pages.
Channels are managed by the administrator. Verification does not guarantee publication; spam, advertising, and inappropriate posts may be rejected, and abusive email addresses may be blocked from posting.
Your dice information stays personal
Joe's Real Rolls keeps personal Dice Sets, training images, recognition models, calibration, settings, and roll history on the Windows computer where the application is used. A public community model collection is not required.
Optional online features send only the information needed to complete the feature you choose to use. Optional roll replays or other verification media are shared through the supported online experience only when you enable or request that feature.
Website measurement
The website records limited events such as page views, free-trial download clicks, full-version checkout clicks, and tester-form submissions. Aggregate growth reporting does not include tester-form answers, names, email addresses, personal dice images, or gameplay content.
Third-party services used for shopping, forms, video, social media, and online-game integrations are governed by their own privacy terms.
Tester applications
Tester applications are emailed to admin@joesrealrolls.com. FormSubmit processes the submission for email delivery, applies spam protection, and may retain submissions for up to 30 days. Do not submit passwords, license keys, payment information, or other sensitive information in the form.
Trial, subscription, and online features
The free trial, subscription status, application updates, and supported online-game connections may require an internet connection. Guided connections are designed so customers do not have to supply private third-party service secrets.
